Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders.\n1st Shift: $18.00/hour\n3rd shift: $19.44 hour (includes 8% premium)\nAs an Assembler at Caterpillar you will:\nFollow documented procedures to perform safe and defect-free assembly and adjustment of parts and components.\nLeverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination. \nUse industrial power tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components.\nBe held accountable for completing standard work within the allotted cycle time (approximately 3-15-minute cycle time).\nCross-train across work areas and ability to learn new work areas.\nBasic Requirements:\n6 months of previous work experience\nWilling and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods\nWilling and able to perform repetitive operations\nWilling and able to lift to 35 lbs.\nTop Candidates will also have:\nPrior experience with hand tools or power tools\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment\nHeavy equipment machine assembly experience\nPrevious work experience operating an electric hoist to lift more than 35 lbs.\nProven track record of good attendance and work history.\nAdditional Information:\nResumes are highly encouraged.
