Conduct data validation, drive effective communication, escalation, and full completion of charge-back settlement every month.\nManage and analyze purchase data on a regular basis, identify aged and abnormal open orders, and drive cross-functional alignment for timely closure to improve PO management efficiency and reduce process waste.\nDepartmental support, including data analysis and reporting, contract management, non-PO applications, routine report output, and internal coordination to ensure smooth team operation and high process efficiency.\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or above. Open to candidates from all academic disciplines with strong analytical and learning capabilities. Fresh graduates with rich internship experience, and high learning agility are encouraged to apply.\nStrong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, excellent logical thinking, and strong attention to detail.\nDemonstrated interest in digitalization and process improvement. Willingness to learn and leverage digital tools, data visualization, and systematic approaches to streamline workflows and enhance procurement efficiency.
