Responsibility to electrically troubleshoot and repair complex domestic and foreign machine tools and related equipment. Applicant must possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC, PLC, and relay logic-controlled machines.\nAdditional Information:\nShift: 2nd Shift (3:30pm-11:30pm) & 3rd Shift (11:30pm-7:30am)\nGenerous lump sum payment for eligible relocating candidates (up to $15,000)\nHourly pay range of $38.52-$49.03 plus 6% shift premium. Higher rates offered based on experience. \nAdditional financial incentives for overtime and attendance\n40-hour work weeks with potential for Overtime\n13 days / 104 hours of paid Personal Time Off (PTO) - (Prorated based upon start date)\n11 Paid holidays\nClimate controlled work environment - most areas\nClean/safe work environment\nPlease Attach an Updated Resume\nJob Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nKnowledge and experience repairing on or more of the following types of equipment: Okuma, G&L, Mazak, Lamb, Landis (grinders), Waldrich Coburg, Ingersoll, Toyoda, DMG Mori and a variety of other machines in a large industrial machine shop.\nExamples of related equipment to be repaired: P&H cranes and hoists, conveyors, furnaces, large part washers, ABB robots, CNC machine tools and other equipment in a large industrial machine shop.\nExamples of machine controllers to be repaired: CNC and PLC equipment with Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Indramat, and a variety of other controllers on the machines in the machine shop.\nAC/DC analog and digital drives, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Indramat, and various other drives.\nExamples of measurement and feedback scale and encoder systems, including Heidenhain, inductosyn, and various other feedback devices.\nApplicant must possess basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate basic tools to complete the job.\nSeeking a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude, good work ethic, with personal initiative and self-motivation.\nApplicant must be willing to work overtime opportunities to support production demands.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in the electrical repair of machine tools and related equipment, including experience with the following:\nOkuma, G&L, Mazak, Lamb, Landis (grinders), Waldrich Coburg, Ingersoll, Toyoda, and a variety of others in the machine shop.\nP&H cranes and hoists, conveyors, furnaces, washers, ABB robots.\nExperience with troubleshooting and repairing relay log machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines, including:\nCNC and PLC controlled equipment with Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Modicon.\nIndramat, and a variety of other controllers on the machines in the machine shop.\nExperience with AC/DC analog and digital drives, including:\nSiemens, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Indramat, and various other drives.\nAbility to demonstrate intermediate or higher proficiency in readying and interpreting machine tool prints/schematics\nBasic mechanical skills\nAbility to operate basic tools to complete the job\nSelf-starter and self-motivated individual who works well individually in a team environment.\nTop Candidates will also have:\nCertified electrician\nAssociate Degree in Industrial Automation\nPhysical Requirements:\nCandidates for all positions must have the ability to work in a fast pace, medium to heavy duty assembly and technical environment. \nWork may involve frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing, and standing on concrete for 8+ hours. \nAll positions also require the ability to lift 40 pounds and withstand frequent repetitive movement of hands with a variety of tooling.\nMust be able to work in heights and confirmed spaces.\nMust pass the color blindness test.\nPlease ensure you frequently check the e-mail account you provided on your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method in our recruiting process.\nVisa Sponsorship is not available for this position.\n#LI\nSummary Pay Range:\n$38.52 - $49.03Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
