You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather and document requirements, evaluate solution options, support application design, execute system testing, and help implement business applications. You will also provide application support, investigate issues, and recommend improvements that strengthen the user experience and business results.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAnalyze business needs and translate stakeholder input into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements for application-system projects.\nPrepare, organize, and maintain requirements documentation, process flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability records.\nPartner with business stakeholders, application teams, developers, architects, and support professionals to evaluate solution alternatives and clarify expected outcomes.\nContribute to the design, testing, documentation, and implementation of business applications across multiple projects.\nDevelop and execute test scenarios and test cases, analyze results, document defects, and confirm that solutions meet approved functional requirements.\nInvestigate application issues with business and technology partners, identify root causes, evaluate resolution options, and recommend application or process enhancements.\nSupport application integrations, interfaces, data flows, migrations, and related technology initiatives within the assigned area.\nProvide timely application support and practical guidance to end users.\nCreate or refine process maps, basic architecture diagrams, component interactions, data flows, prototypes, and supporting documentation.\nHelp users and stakeholders adopt Salesforce and other business applications through clear documentation, knowledge sharing, and responsive support.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nExperience eliciting, analysing, documenting, and validating business, functional, or system requirements.\nExperience with another customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, Software as a Service, workflow, or cloud-based enterprise platform.\nExperience creating user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business-process maps, data-flow diagrams, or requirements-traceability documentation.\nExperience supporting user-acceptance testing, regression testing, integration testing, release validation, or defect triage.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, iterative delivery, or software development life-cycle practices.\nExperience working across business and technology teams in financial services, lending, insurance, customer service, sales operations, or another regulated or transaction-oriented environment.\nExperience helping users adopt a new application through documentation, demonstrations, training, or post-implementation support.\nSalesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or related certification. Certification is beneficial butnot required.\nSalesforce Loyalty Management Platform experience is beneficial but not required.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nSummary Pay Range:\n$94,728.00 - $151,572.00\nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
