In this role, you will create engaging employee communications and help execute communication programs that connect employees to our business strategy, culture, and operational goals. This position plays a critical role in driving employee engagement, strengthening organizational communication, and supporting collaboration across the facility and broader division. You will partner closely with site leadership, business stakeholders, and the division communications team to develop compelling content, execute communication plans, and ensure consistent messaging across multiple communication channels. If you are passionate about communication, employee engagement, and creating impactful content that informs and inspires, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to develop and execute employee communication initiatives that support business objectives.\nAdvise business partners on communication approaches, messaging strategies, and channel selection to maximize employee engagement and understanding.\nSupport the development and execution of internal communications plans that align with organizational priorities and strategic goals.\nCreate, edit, and distribute communication materials including:Employee announcements\nNewsletters\nLeadership communications\nPresentation materials\nTalking points\nDigital content\nEmployee resources and FAQs\n\nEnsure messaging, branding, and communication standards remain consistent across all employee communication channels.\nTrack, monitor, and analyze communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nPartner with site leadership and the division communications team to support key business initiatives, organizational changes, employee events, and engagement campaigns.\nLeverage multimedia communication tools and technologies to create compelling content and enhance employee experiences.\nMaintain communication calendars and coordinate the timely delivery of communications across multiple audiences.\nSupport initiatives that promote collaboration, transparency, and employee understanding of business goals and priorities.\nRequired Skills:\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nExperience creating professional communications in a corporate, manufacturing, industrial, or business environment.\nCommunicating for Impact & Interpersonal Relationships\nAbility to effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences.\nStrong listening, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nInternal Communications\nKnowledge of employee communication strategies, tools, and channels.\nExperience producing newsletters, announcements, employee updates, and communication materials that drive engagement and awareness.\nCopywriting, Editing & Content Development\nExceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.\nAbility to create concise, compelling content while maintaining consistent messaging and brand standards.\nMultimedia Technologies\nExperience using digital communication tools and multimedia technologies to create engaging content.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.\nPlanning & Organizing\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.\nExperience coordinating communication plans, schedules, and deliverables.\nDecision Making & Critical Thinking\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to evaluate communication challenges, analyze feedback and metrics, and recommend effective solutions.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, public relations, or change communications.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operations-focused organizations.\nExperience working directly with senior leaders.\nKnowledge of communication measurement and analytics.\nExperience creating visual, video, or multimedia communication content.\nFamiliarity with employee engagement strategies and organizational change initiatives.\nExperience supporting communication campaigns across multiple business functions.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
