Such products and services can include but are not limited to large bore, Frac stacks, Pressure Control Equipment, and Well Heads.\nAdditional information:\n· Relocation assistance is not available for this position\n· No sponsorship is available for this position\n· This position is 5 days onsite in Midland Texas\nWhat You Will Do:\nAddressing minor coverage issues and resolving minor complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.\nAnswering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.\nIdentifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.\nProcessing results from analysis of technical data\nUnderstand prime product or component health or status, if action is needed, and required next steps.\nWhat You Will Have:\nCustomer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.\nData Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.\nService Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.\nConsulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.\nTop Candidates Will Have:\n· 7+ years of experience in Oil and Gas\n· Experience with Large Bore and Well Heads\n· Comprehensive understanding of overall field operations\nSummary Pay Range:\n$97,530.00 - $146,290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
