Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Summary\nThe Aftermarket Parts Packaging team is seeking an AI & Digital Solutions Engineer to develop, maintain, and continuously improve the artificial intelligence-enabled tools and digital applications that support packaging engineering.\nThis role will be the team’s hands-on technical owner, working with packaging engineers and IT partners to quickly deliver enhancements, business-rule changes, workflows, integrations, and new capabilities using Snowflake data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and enterprise systems, including the internal packaging application EPSA.\nWhat You Will Do\nPackaging AI Solutions and Continuous Improvement\nServe as the technical expert and lead on implementing changes for Aftermarket Parts Packaging artificial intelligence and digital tools. \nWork directly with packaging engineers, IT partners, data owners, and application owners to translate packaging requirements into practical technical solutions. \nContribute to solution design, data preparation, integration, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and production support. \nMaintain, configure, update, and continuously improve deployed artificial intelligence solutions. \nImplement approved changes to business rules, prompts, workflows, user interfaces, data mappings, reports, and integrations through agile delivery. \nMonitor performance, user feedback, recurring issues, data quality, and override patterns to identify improvements. \nMaintain documentation, test evidence, version history, and release records. \nApplication and Solution Development\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack web applications and cloud-based solutions. \nBuild application programming interfaces and backend services that use Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms. \nDevelop applications, utilities, agents, workflows, and decision-support tools for Aftermarket Parts Packaging. \nPerform enhancements to existing packaging applications, including the Salesforce-based internal packaging application EPSA. \nUse secure development, automated testing, code review, version control, logging, monitoring, and release-management practices. \nAI, Data, and Enterprise Integration\nCreate artificial intelligence-enabled applications, agents, search experiences, and engineering workflows using enterprise technologies. \nTranslate packaging standards, calculations, business rules, processes, and expert knowledge into tested decision logic and maintainable digital solutions. \nDevelop data pipelines, analytics, application programming interfaces, and integrations connecting Snowflake, packaging applications, Salesforce-based solutions, and other platforms. \nInclude appropriate human review, exception handling, auditability, and rollback for higher-risk decisions and integrations. \nFollow enterprise requirements for architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, access management, change management, and production releases. \nWhat You Have\nApplication Development\nReact.js, TypeScript, Hypertext Markup Language, and Cascading Style Sheets \nPython, including FastAPI or a similar framework \nWeb-based application programming interfaces and full-stack application architecture \nApplication security, automated testing, logging, monitoring, and production support \nCloud and DevOps\nMicrosoft Azure \nAzure Functions, App Services, or similar services \nGit, code review, continuous integration and deployment pipelines \nDocker, release management, and rollback \nData and AI\nStrong structured query language and cloud data-platform experience \nData modeling, transformation, quality validation, and integration \nLarge language model applications, retrieval-based artificial intelligence, prompts, agents, and search \nAbility to combine business rules, enterprise data, artificial intelligence output, and human review \nEnterprise Integration\nApplication programming interface-based system integration and workflow automation \nExperience enhancing and supporting enterprise applications \nExperience working within formal security, change, release, and support processes \nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Snowflake structured query language, Snowpark Python, or Snowflake Cortex. \nExperience with Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or LangGraph. \nExperience with Salesforce configuration or development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Salesforce application programming interfaces. \nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI. \nExperience supporting and continuously improving enterprise artificial intelligence solutions after launch. \nKnowledge of packaging, supply chain, manufacturing, aftermarket, or engineering processes. \nExperience\n5+ years of full-stack application development experience. \n3+ years of cloud-based solution development experience. \nExperience developing applications against a modern cloud data platform;
