Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Description: Digital Product Owner\nWe are looking for highly competent Product Owner to join our team to help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects.\nThis position requires extensive experience in Story Creation, Agile Methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking and working with product owners and Leads. Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience.\n Key Role/Responsibilities: \nParticipate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement\n\nPerforming requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for development team\n\nConducting requirement grooming meetings and to share business needs and system requirements with the development team\n\nEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirements\n\nServing as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst and development team users\n\nAbility to break down large functional requirements into manageable chunks\n\nAbility to clearly call out the definition of done and acceptance criteria\n\nManaging projects, developing project plans, and unblocking the resources.\n\nManaging competing resources, dependencies and priorities.\n\nMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects\n\nGather metrics, conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements\n\nRequired Skills: \nExperience in working or managing cloud based web application development\n\nExcellent documentation skills.\n\nA track record of following through on commitments.\n\nExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.\n\nExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.\n\nThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions\n\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams)\n\nKnowledge in SQL queries\n\nExperience developing applications with Agile team methodologies preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with Estimation models\n\nDesired Skills:\nExcellent communications and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong Analytical skills.\n\nExperience at creating technical project Documentation and task time estimates.\n\nPosting Dates:\nOctober 22, 2026 - November 29, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
