We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities.\nWe are looking for a Digital Twin Chief Engineer to play a critical role in our modern manufacturing transformation at CRTT.\nIn this role, you will provide technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of Digital Twin solutions across manufacturing systems, products, and processes. You will connect advanced technology, data, AI, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and safety.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of Digital Twin solutions for manufacturing systems and processes.\nPartner closely with Enterprise Capability Owners (ECO) to guide Digital Twin transformation and ensure technology solutions align with business and operational priorities.\nDesign and maintain scalable, AI-enhanced Digital Twin solutions that enable real-time analytics and actionable insights.\nTranslate business and manufacturing requirements into robust application, data, and platform architecture solutions.\nDrive integration and consistency of data across digital manufacturing solutions.\nLead a portfolio of digital transformation and Lean Six Sigma projects focused on improving efficiency, quality, and safety.\nChampion Lean Six Sigma methodologies and support the development of local Green Belt and Black Belt capabilities.\nProvide technical leadership for solution architecture, design reviews, technology selection, and complex problem-solving.\nPartner across functions to turn manufacturing challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.\nCommunicate technical concepts, recommendations, and transformation priorities effectively across different levels of the organization.\nWhat You Have\nDigital Twin & Solution Architecture\nStrong knowledge of Digital Twin concepts and their application to physical systems, manufacturing processes, or products.\nExperience designing scalable application architectures that address performance, reliability, and business requirements.\nAbility to translate business requirements and logical models into practical technical designs.\nData & Platform Architecture\nStrong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and platform architecture.\nExperience developing architecture approaches that connect data resources with business and manufacturing processes.\nAbility to evaluate technologies, tools, components, and architectural approaches for complex digital solutions.\nAnalytics & Problem Solving\nAdvanced analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.\nExperience applying statistical, quantitative, business analytics, or predictive modeling techniques to support decision-making.\nAbility to translate data and analytics into actionable business and operational improvements.\nLean Six Sigma & Transformation Leadership\nStrong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and structured problem-solving.\nExperience leading improvement or transformation projects across multiple stakeholders.\nAbility to manage project portfolios and build continuous-improvement capabilities within an organization.\nCommunication & Technical Leadership\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.\nExperience providing technical direction, coaching, and guidance to cross-functional teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience in Digital Twin, digital manufacturing, smart manufacturing, or related digital transformation solutions within an engineering or manufacturing environment.\nStrong experience in application, data, and/or platform architecture, including translating business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nExperience working with data integration, analytics, and digital technologies to improve manufacturing or operational performance.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex technical, digital transformation, or process improvement projects across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate data into actionable solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and business teams.\nAbility to provide technical leadership, influence decision-making, and guide cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience designing, developing, or deploying Digital Twin solutions for manufacturing systems, equipment, products, or processes.\nExperience applying AI, advanced analytics, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling to manufacturing or operational use cases.\nExperience working with real-time manufacturing data, connected systems, and scalable digital architectures.\nExperience leading a portfolio of digital transformation and Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or safety.\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent demonstrated experience leading Six Sigma improvement projects.\nExperience coaching or developing Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts.\nExperience partnering with enterprise and cross-functional technology teams to drive process consistency and data integration.\nExperience providing technical guidance, architecture
