Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nAs a Design Engineer, you will lead on the engine components design and development, provide effective and robust technical solutions for quality issues and technical support by proficiently using problem solving tools.\nUnderstand whole engine structure and performance functions\nEngine components design, development and validation\nProduction line quality issue resolution from engineering perspective\nCustomer quality issue resolution from engineering perspective\nQuality issue root cause analysis and temporary & permanent solutions identified\nCollaborate with SDE/SQE to support on the supplier quality issue resolution\nCritical quality issue risk assessment and evaluation\nWhat Skills You Will Have:\n\nProducts and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability\nto apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.\nAnalytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.\nEffective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.\nTechnical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.\nProduct Design - MFG: Knowledge of processes, approaches, tools and techniques of product design; ability to convert customer and market requirements into product design.\nProduct Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.\nLevel Working Knowledge:\nTroubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.\nData Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.\n\nRequired Qualifications:.\nRequires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering.\n3-5 years of experience in industry (automobiles, engines, machinery manufacturing, heavy equipment, ect). Quality-related work experience prepared.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nStrong sense of responsibility, proactive, and detail oriented.
