When you join the Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division (COGMD), you join a global team that helps to power the global energy industry as well as provide power and propulsion on the water.\nAbout the Role\nAs the Engineering Manager of the Caterpillar Oil & Gas Systems Engineering team, you will work collaboratively across multiple divisions and segments within Power & Energy to define and develop system-level solutions involving component integration and optimization, asset and site level controls, hybrid powertrain and energy systems, and site level energy management for the Oil & Gas industry.
