Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nERP Application Security GRC Admin\nThe Caterpillar Information Technology ERP Application Security team is seeking an SAP (GRC) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (AC) Access Control and (PC) Process Control Administrator. The SAP GRC Administrator is responsible for the management, configuration, and support of SAP GRC AC and PC modules. This role ensures that our organization maintains effective risk management, compliance monitoring, and access governance within our SAP environments. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, user support, configuration, and continuous improvement in the organization’s risk and compliance processes.\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvide day-to-day support for SAP GRC AC and PC modules, including troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.\nAssist in automating controls and risk management processes using GRC tools and workflows.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize GRC processes, enhance system performance, and improve user experience.\nAdminister and configure SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules to support compliance and risk management objectives. \nMonitor and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, access risk analysis, and remediation activities. \nMaintain and monitor sync jobs with appropriate scheduling tools to ensure data integrity \nSupport internal and external audits by providing access logs, compliance reports, and system documentation. \nDevelop, maintain and automate process controls, workflows, and monitoring within the SAP GRC AC/PC module. \nTrain and support end-users and stakeholders on GRC processes and system functionality. \nConfigure, customize, and enhance GRC AC and PC using BRFplus and MSMP to meet evolving business needs. \nStay current with SAP GRC best practices, new features, and compliance standards. \nProvide technical and operational go-live support for releases and deployments.\nLead annual SAP GRC disaster recovery testing and application upgrades\nWhat You Have:\nDeep understanding of SAP security concepts, role-based access control, and compliance frameworks.\nExpertise with audit processes, SOX compliance, and risk management principles.\nSkills Descriptors:\nCore Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.\n IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skills sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.\nBusiness Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.\nAccuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.\nProblem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.\nApplication Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.\n Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).\nRequirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.\nSystem and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.\nSystem Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.\nTechnical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.\nAdditional Information:\nThis role is in Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.\nSPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE.\nThis role requires 5 days onsite.\nNo relocation is available for this role.\nTravel up to 10%.\nEducation / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.\nWhat You Will Get:\nOur goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
