主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此 ：

1)制定并维护质量计划、检验标准及培训资料等质量体系文件

2)协调跨部门团队，推动内部和市场问题快速解决

3)跟踪并分析质量数据，识别风险和改进机会，推动持续改善

4)规划并实施CAV-E及相关质量控制，确保焊接及机加工过程符合标准

5)创建并维护QG、UT、CMM、DT检验清单，保障检验有效性

6)改进检查与测试方法，优化测量工具和设备，提升检测准确性与效率

7)维护并持续优化质量管理系统

8)参与新产品导入（NPI）质量策划

岗位要求

1)能读懂工程图纸、技术规范和标准

2)大专及以上学历，机械、焊接、材料或相关专业

3)三年以上制造相关工作经验，熟悉制造业流程

4)熟悉质量工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA 、CP）

5)熟悉焊接工艺、WPS/PQR认证管理、焊接缺陷分析、根本原因分析、质量体系审核及持续改善项目管理

6)良好的问题分析与解决能力，具备跨部门沟通协调能力

7)英语读写能力良好

8）为人正直，强烈的责任心和团队精神
