Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nWir suchen einen (m/w/d)\nFacility-, Security- und EHS-Professional\nam Standort Kiel\nIhre Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:\nFacility Management & Security (ca. 50 %)\n· Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie infrastruktureller und technischer Facility-Management-Aktivitäten\n· Planung, Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Facility-Projekten\n· Prüfung, Freigabe und Anerkennung von Rechnungen sowie Budget- und Kostenkontrolle\n· Sicherstellung eines effizienten und gesetzeskonformen Betriebs der Gebäude und Infrastruktur\n· Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung konzernweiter Security-Richtlinien und -Prozesse am Standort\n· Koordination von Sicherheitsdienstleistern, Zutrittskontrollen und sicherheitsrelevanten Maßnahmen\n· Untersuchung und Nachverfolgung von Security-Vorfällen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Konzernfunktionen, Behörden und externen Partnern\n· Support und Auditierung unserer internationalen Standorte\nEHS Management / Arbeitssicherheit (ca. 50 %)\n· Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit, des Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzes\n· Identifikation von Gefährdungen, Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirksamer Risikominderungsmaßnahmen\n· Durchführung von Begehungen, Audits und Sicherheitsbeobachtungen sowie Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen\n· Untersuchung von Unfällen und Ereignissen, Analyse von Ursachen und Ableitung nachhaltiger Präventionsmaßnahmen\n· Förderung einer positiven Sicherheitskultur durch Schulungen, Coaching und aktive Unterstützung der Führungskräfte\n· Analyse von EHS-Kennzahlen sowie Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Stärkung von Compliance und operativer Exzellenz\n· Unterstützung von Notfallmanagement, Fremdfirmenmanagement und weiteren EHS-Programmen\n· Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG)\nIhr Profil:\n· Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss bzw. eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation\n· Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) wünschenswert; alternativ Bereitschaft und Eignung zur entsprechenden Weiterbildung\n· Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in den Bereichen EHS, Produktion, Testbetrieb, Service oder Instandhaltung\n· Interesse an Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltmanagement, Compliance und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung\n· Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten\n· Fähigkeit, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende für sichere und gesunde Arbeitsweisen zu gewinnen\n· Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise\n· Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse\n· Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 10 %)\nBase Minimum Pay:\n€2,509.02Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.\nPosting Dates:\nOctober 27, 2026 - November 12, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
