Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nCompany Benefits:\n6% 401k match\nDay one medical, dental, vision, RX (get all starting as low as $33.00/month!)\nHSA with company contribution\nMonthly bonus (possibility of up to 11%)\n10 paid vacation days (prorated first calendar year)\nPaid personal days\n11 paid holidays\nAnnual merit increases\nOpportunity for overtime hours/shifts\nEducation Tuition Assistance\nShift Available:\n2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am ($19.60/hour*)\n*Hourly rate includes shift premium.\nJob Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nIdentify tooling and equipment necessary to perform assigned operation \nFollow start up and shut down procedures on all equipment, monitor and adjust equipment as necessary and record same \nUsing a variety of different ways or means, move materials as required \nPerform various assembly or sub-assembly processes including but not limited to ringing, naming, and hand assembly. \nMaintain records relating to production, downtime, quality, maintenance, etc. \nEnsure that all quality standards are met by visually inspecting work and/or with measuring devices \nRecognize operating irregularities and machine malfunctions and make corrections or notify the proper person to correct \nPerform rework as necessary \nPerform machine set-up as required \nInstruct and train assigned operators on work tasks, safety procedures, proper use of equipment and the importance of performing to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards \nPerform preventative maintenance on equipment as required \nMeet or exceed production requirements or notify Team Lead or Manage of reason of deviation from standard \nWork safely at all times and comply with safety regulations regarding the use of protective equipment and devices \nKeep work area, equipment, machine, etc. clean and orderly at all times \nPerform necessary computer transactions in various computer applications and software programs \nOffer suggestion for improving productivity, process, safety, or work environment \nPerform other miscellaneous job assignments and related functions as directed by Team Lead, Manager or other designated person \nMust perform as a team member with the willingness and attitude to work with others to resolve problems.
