Working closely with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and global engineering teams, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that meet quality, performance, durability, and cost objectives.\nJOB DUTIES:\nThe incumbent will work closely with suppliers, customers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop HVAC systems and related Operator Station components that meet Caterpillar requirements for performance, quality, durability, reliability, and cost.\nThis role requires strong technical and project management skills to drive component development activities from concept through production implementation.
