This role involves hands-on assembly of machine components, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform assembly of mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components as per Standard Work Instructions (SWI).\nUse hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively.\nFollow safety protocols and 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe shopfloor environment.\nWork closely with Team Leads to achieve daily production targets.\nPerform basic visual inspections for fitment accuracy, alignment, and torque compliance.\nEscalate abnormalities, defects, or process deviations immediately to supervisors.\nSupport continuous improvement activities like Kaizen, Lean initiatives, and waste reduction.\nMaintain documentation and data entries related to production and processes.\nPosting Dates:\nOctober 7, 2026 - December 31, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
