The ideal candidate will leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to design scalable solutions, automate business processes, and deliver impactful data insights. This role requires a strong blend of technical capability, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\nDesign and develop low-code/no-code applications using Power Apps to address business needs\nBuild and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency\nDevelop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for business intelligence and executive decision-making\nWrite and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning\nDesign and manage data pipelines and storage solutions in Snowflake\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions\nPerform data modeling, validation, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables\nMaintain proper technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and governance\nSupport troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives\nRequired Qualifications\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of relevant experience in Power Platform, data engineering, or analytics roles\nProven expertise in: Power Apps (application development)\n Power Automate (workflow automation)\n Power BI (dashboard development and data visualization)\n SQL (advanced querying and database management)\n Snowflake (cloud data platform and data warehousing)\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database concepts\nExperience working in enterprise IT environments with structured development and testing practices\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with VBA / Excel automation for legacy process integration\nFamiliarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nExposure to API integrations and system interoperability\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies\nExperience in manufacturing/operations analytics (adds strong business context)\nKey Competencies\nData-driven decision-making\nAutomation-first mindset\nStakeholder collaboration\nStructured problem-solving\nStrong documentation and governance practices\nThis position requires working onsite five days a week.Relocation is available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting Dates:\nSeptember 24, 2026 - September 24, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
