Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Summary\nJoin our automation team to design, develop, and lead enterprise RPA solutions, with Automation Anywhere experience preferred. This role leads complex automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support while providing technical guidance to other developers.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, test, and implement scalable RPA solutions using agile techniques.\nLead requirements gathering and process analysis to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.\nDevelop reusable automation components and establish RPA development standards.\nIntegrate RPA solutions with ERP systems, web applications, databases, desktop applications, and Microsoft technologies.\nLead technical reviews, testing, deployment, production support, and root cause analysis.\nMentor developers and promote automation best practices and continuous improvement.\nWhat You Have\n· Degree Requirement: B.E/B.Tech-Any specialization.\n· Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.\n· Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.\nApplication Design, Architecture: Knowledge of application design and architecture principles and practices; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools, and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design. Create process flow diagrams, technical designs, and deployment documentation.\nSystem and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms. Integrate automation solutions with ERP systems, web applications, databases, desktop applications, and enterprise platforms.\nSystem Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle. Design and execute unit, system, user acceptance, and regression testing.\nCommunicate effectively in English with global business and technical teams. \nStrong hands-on RPA development experience; Automation Anywhere experience is preferred.\n\nTop Candidates may also Have:\nLead technical design and code reviews and provide guidance to other developers. \nPromote RPA governance, coding standards, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing. \nExperience with Automation Anywhere development; administration experience is a plus.\nExperience with enterprise automation technologies, system integration, and scripting.\nExperience delivering medium to large automation projects from requirements through production support.\nExperience with procurement, sourcing, or shared services processes is preferred.\nThis position requires working onsite five days a week.Relocation is available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting Dates:\nNovember 2, 2026 - November 10, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
