This role includes collaborating with business partners to gather requirements, support testing and debugging, and manage production deployments in cloud environments. The developer will help deliver secure, reliable connectivity between internal applications and external partners while upholding platform health, operational resilience, and compliance standards.\nJob duties/Responsibilities:\nDevelop cloud-native integrations using AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda (Python), EventBridge, Step Functions, and other serverless components.\nDesign and implement secure, scalable integration patterns on AWS, including RESTful APIs, event-driven workflows, asynchronous messaging, and partner connectivity.\nUse Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform to provision, version, and automate deployment of integration resources.\nBuild and manage secure connectivity with internal applications and third-party services using REST, SOAP, SFTP, MQ, and AWS-native security controls.\nImplement security controls such as mTLS, Microsoft Entra ID token-based authentication, OAuth/JWT, rate limiting, schema validation, WAF rules, and AWS threat-protection features.\nMaintain cloud integration platforms by applying patches, performing upgrades, monitoring system health, and optimizing performance.\nManage certificate lifecycles across environments, including CSRs, imports, renewals, and automated deployment using AWS Certificate Manager, Secrets Manager, and S3 where applicable.\nAutomate CI/CD pipelines for integration code and IaC templates to ensure repeatable, compliant deployments.\nTroubleshoot integration issues using logs, traces, CloudWatch metrics, and application monitoring tools to meet SLAs and ensure high availability.\nDocument AWS API specifications, integration patterns, and operational runbooks to support consistent implementation and long-term maintainability.\nEducation Requirement\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a relateddiscipline, or equivalent preparation.\nAdvanced working English is required tointerpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical, business, and partner teams.\nRequired Skill:\nApplication Design, Architecture\nDesignsserverless integration solutions using Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda with Python, Amazon EventBridge, and AWS Step Functions.\n\nApplies AWS design patterns to API-based, event-driven, and asynchronous integration solutions.\n\nDevelops Python components for Lambda functions, automation tooling, and integration logic.\n\nAssesses scalability, security, availability, performance, and maintainability during technical design.\n\nDocumentstechnical components, interfaces, service interactions, and design decisions.\n\nSystem and Technology Integration\nDesigns and implements connectivity among internal applications, AWS services, and external partners.\n\nUses REST, SOAP, SFTP, MQ, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Step Functions according to integration requirements.\n\nImplements secure integration patterns using mTLS, Microsoft Entra ID token-based authentication, OAuth, JWT, rate limiting, and schema validation.\n\nApplies API and threat-protection controls, including AWS WAF rules and AWS-native security capabilities.\n\nDocumentsinterfaces, message flows, integration dependencies, and operational requirements.\n\nProblem Solving\nAnalyzeslogs, traces, metrics, and monitoring data to identifycauses of integration and application issues.\n\nApplies structured analysis and escalation practices during time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.\n\nFacilitates technical discussions and communicates impact, status, decisions, and required actions to relevant partners.\n\nApplies incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL frameworks.\n\nUsesServiceNow in support of Major Incident Management, issue tracking, and operational follow-up.\n\nDocumentsroot causes, corrective actions, preventive measures, and resolution outcomes.\n\nImplementation and Application Support\nAutomates environment provisioning and deployment using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.\n\nBuilds and maintainsGit-based workflows and CI/CD automation using GitHub.\n\nDeploys and supports integration code and Infrastructure as Code templates across cloud environments.\n\nSupports mission-critical systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.\n\nUsesServiceNow for Major Incident Management activities and inbound or outbound integrations.\n\nMaintains deploymentdocumentation, operating procedures, and support runbooks.\n\nAdditional Information\nThe location for this position is Monterrey, MX.
