Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nSummary:\nAs a MLOps engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and maintain the full lifecycle of applications and systems that utilize AI to improve performance and efficiency, including but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, natural language processing.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n- Explore, implement and deploy pipelines for deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing solutions.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI projects.\n- Tracking of multiple models, experiments for auditing purpose\n- Collaborate with data scientists for hyper parameter tuning and features maintenance\n- Model management and versioning\n- Work with infra team, data scientists, business in establishing artifact lineage, model registry, governance\n- Assist in testing, automated deployment\n- A pipeline for triggering retraining to detect model drift or data drift, trigger retraining\n- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, Sagemaker, AWS Step Functions\nProfessional & Technical Skills:\n- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations.\n- Creation of CI,CD Pipelines for ML algorithms, training, prediction pipelines\n- Work with business, data scientists to ensure value realization, ROI on operationalization of models\n- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.\n- Containerization, packaging of ML models\n- Endpoint creation for prediction\n- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.\n- Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms.\n- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.\nSkill Descriptors\nCore Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.\nLevel Working Knowledge: \nHelps create contingency plans to mitigate impact of disruption on core applications.\nIdentifies key players, criticalities, roles, and responsibilities.\nInvestigates application-related issues with both business and IT professionals.\nRecommends enhancements for a major application system or related subsystems.\nWorks with core application systems for a major business unit or function. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Level Working Knowledge: \nIdentifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.\nExamines a specific problem and understands the perspective of each involved stakeholder.\nDevelops alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information.\nHelps to analyze risks and benefits of alternative approaches and obtain decision on resolution.\nUses fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to identify problems. Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of application design and architecture principles and practices; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools, and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design. Level Extensive Experience: \nAnalyzes system requirements and translates them into detailed design specifications.\nDesigns complex application architectures that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.\nEvaluates and selects appropriate pattern, components, technologies, and tools for application development; integrates them with technical design.\nLeads application design reviews and walkthroughs to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solution.\nTroubleshoots complex design issues and provides innovative solutions.\nPrepares technical design documents and blueprints for applications. Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design). Level Working Knowledge: \nTracks problems associated with the quality and effectiveness of application software.\nResearches the benefits and drawbacks of an organization's application software.\nDrafts application software usage for the department's needs.\nProvides instant support for end users of application software.\nImplements a specific application software under the supervision of management. System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms. Level Working Knowledge: \nAssists with current and planned integration initiatives.\nExplores major issues and considerations for successful system integration.\nWorks with applications, data, technology bridges and a variety of platforms.\nWorks with existing interfaces as well as integration and migration plans within own area.\nPlays an active role in local integration efforts. System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
