This position will play a central role in Digital Transformation and the delivery of projects that support innovation, team culture and transformation. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives are executed with measurable outcomes, aligned with organizational goals. The role plays a critical role in accelerating Digital adoption across Global teams by fostering cross functional collaboration and accountability.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDrive Digital Transformation Execution\nAnalyze pain points across the organization and Design & Prioritize Impact-Driven Initiatives\nDefine and sequence initiatives that engagement and Digital Culture.\nOrchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment - Align product team, field, and enablement teams to ensure cohesive execution of transformation initiatives.\nChampion change management initiatives that embed digital behaviors, foster innovation, and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.\nDrive training programs and learning journeys (e.g., UYDG, mentoring) to strengthen digital fluency at scale.\nEmbed Digital Mindset Across Stakeholders - Partner with HR, business units, and dealer teams to institutionalize digital behaviors and adoption practices.\nTrack and manage diverse projects milestones, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.\nMaintain program/project documentation and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership.\nSupport Internal and external events to Build Team culture showcase digital transformation impact.\nWhat You Will Have:\nPlanning: Tactical & Strategic:\nAbility to integrate project planning into broader business objectives. \nStrong skills in project Management, resource planning and alignment with organizational strategy. \nDecision-Making & Critical Thinking:\nSkilled at analyzing options, anticipating impacts, and facilitating decisions through consultative or consensus-based approaches. \nAbility to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, actionable insights. \nData & Reporting\nProficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting. \nCommunication & Relationship Management\nAbility to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels. \nSkilled in tailoring complex information into clear, actionable messages for leadership, technical, and business stakeholders. \nStrong presence with proven facilitation and negotiation skills.\nConsiderations For Top Candidates:\nExtensive experience leading digital initiatives in complex, multinational organizations\nProven ability to deliver digital transformation projects owning the full lifecycle from initiation to deployment and adoption\nExperienced in project management and working with cross-functional teams\nStrong coordination skills, high flexibility, and ability to execute quickly under tight deadlines\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership\nAbility to create and design executive-ready presentations and visuals, including high-impact PowerPoint and video content\nExperience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)\nSummary Pay Range:\n$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
