Responsible for the day-to-day management of people within the warehouse function, to ensure department's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse. Act independently at the organisational level.\nRole:\nWarehouse Shift Supervisor, Goods-In Supervisor & Dispatch Supervisor\nJob Duties/Responsibilities:\nProvide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures\nPlan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods \nEnsure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ requirements\nSupervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy\nEnsure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements\nResponsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes and deliver the product to the customer on time\nEnsure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows\nLead follow up and resolve Customer concerns\nIdentify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures\nSustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues\nDeliver efficiencies to support year on year operational budget reduction\nManage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change and pilot build ensuring robust product life cycles\nEnsure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are always maintained\nMonitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy\nMaintain the management of returnable packaging\nRecord and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant team\nLiaise with customers, suppliers and transport team as and when required in a timely way\nEngages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others\nNeed to work a shift schedule\nSkill and Attributes:\nAbility to sustain and develop team working and team-based problem solving\nGood understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure\nExcellent communication skill\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions\nIT skills - MS Office\nTechnical Skill - SAP \nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor of Engineering or Undergraduate degree\n3 to 5 years of work experience in Logistics Operations\nThis position requires working onsite five days a week.Relocation is available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.Posting Dates:\nOctober 15, 2026 - October 22, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
