You proactively ensure resources are used effectively to meet targets while maintaining highest safety standards.\nWhat you will do:\nAs a Team Leader, you are accountable for, but not limited to:\nLead the team to meet the daily goals and continually monitor and audit Health and Safety, People, Quality, Velocity and Cost metrics within your span of control as per business goals.\nChampion safe working practices and undertake training and further learning.\nGenerate and work on Continuous Improvement ideas for your assigned area using the Continuous Improvement (CI) process and maintain the skills matrix for the team to 100% versatility, ensure standard work is updated.\nParticipate in Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs) for Safety, Quality, Velocity and Cost within your team operation.\nOnce shortlisted, you’ll be invited to ourTalent Day on 12 November, with a choice of morning or afternoon sessions. Understanding the skills and experience of the team to highlight gaps and/or training/development needs and builds high performing teams.\nLogistics Operations: Possess a good understanding of Logistics practices and knowledge of material systems\nSafety: Proactive in managing safety standards and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
