This position includes a starting wage of $20.20 /hour (+8% shift premium for 3rd shift), quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program.\nShift Schedule:\n3rd Shift: Sunday night - Friday morning 10:15 pm - 6:15 am, Overtime as business needs require.\nWatch our videoto see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders.\nPosition provides fabrications support activities including loading robots and/or machining centers as well as ensuring cleanliness of the area.\nAs a Machine Loader at Caterpillar, you will:\nLoad/unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devices\nAssist Machinists or Welders with certain processes\nMaintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition\nFollow documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience with Overhead Hoists OR Overhead Cranes\nPhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):\nWilling and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods\nWilling and able to perform repetitive operation\nWilling and able to lift up to 35 lbs.\nTop candidates will also have:\nMaterial handling experience\nManufacturing experience\nMachining experience or exposure\nWelding experience or exposure\nAdditional Information: Resumes are highly encouraged for all applicants.
