You will partner closely with audit leaders and stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and enhance audit effectiveness.\nYou will serve as the business owner for the department's analytics and technology ecosystem, including Power BI, Snowflake, and Optro environments as well as control monitoring solutions, and AI-enabled solutions. You will help establish the governance, standards, and operating practices needed to ensure these capabilities are reliable, scalable, secure, and effectively integrated into IAAS processes.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong people leadership, technical expertise, business partnership, and communication skills. artificial intelligence.\nWhat You Will Do\nAnalytics Strategy & Delivery\nIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to improve reporting, risk assessment, operational effectiveness, and decision-making through analytics and technology solutions.\nTranslate business requirements into actionable analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions.\nLead the design, development, implementation, and support of scalable analytics products and reporting solutions.\nMonitor solution effectiveness, business outcomes, technology adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, coach, and develop a team of data scientists.\nManage performance, workload prioritization, career development, and succession planning.\nFoster a collaborative, reporting, automation, AI, and technology opportunities.\nWhat You Have\nAnalytics & Technology Experience\n7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, reporting, data engineering, or a related field.\nExperience designing and implementing analytics solutions that translate business requirements into actionable insights.\nStrong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.\nExperience working with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms.\nExperience using analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or advanced technologies to solve business problems.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nWorking knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools is preferred.\nLeadership Experience\nExperience leading analytics teams, data scientists, analysts, consultants, or technical professionals through direct and/or indirect leadership.\nDemonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing technical talent.\nExperience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nAbility to establish
