Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nWarehouse Manager - Picking & Line Delivery\nWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse picking and production line delivery operations. The position is responsible for managing approximately 120 frontline employees, including both direct and third-party associates, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time material flow to production.\nKey responsibilities include warehouse operations management, workforce supervision, productivity improvement, inventory accuracy, and continuous process optimization. The successful candidate will also support the implementation and operation of logistics automation solutions.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience managing large warehouse operations and frontline teams.\nKnowledge of material picking, kitting, and production line replenishment processes.\nExperience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), automated picking solutions, and AGV-based material delivery systems is highly preferred.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.\nExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nThis role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence, future capacity growth, and warehouse automation initiatives.\nDegree Requirement\nBachelor's Degree or above desired\nSkill Descriptors\nAccuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy;
