Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Summary\nProvides guidance and supervision to ensure the accomplishment of Site Logisticsgoals, including those related to budget and cost structure.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAdhering to requirements and procedures for safety regulations.\nMaking workflow decisions under the direction of management. Improving service levels and costs.\nSupervising and motivating employees through effective coaching and training, clear communication of job expectations, and positive reinforcement of exemplary performance; maintaining a positive working environment.\nOperations Management: Oversee daily receiving, Storage & line feeding activity\nInventory Control : Maintain, audit, and secure accurate inventory records, implementing stock control systems (e.g., FIFO, LIFO).\nStaff Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse agency employees, managing schedules and performance on regular basis. Should be able to handle both shifts.\nSafety & Compliance : Enforce health and safety regulations, including CQMS & compliance requirements. Also ensure regular equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts / Reach Trucks). RCCA and5 WHY’s.\nSkill requirements\nExperience: 5-7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics management, often with proven experience of managing teams.\nTechnical Skills : Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (SAP WM & IM), and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
