In this role, you will apply advanced manufacturing engineering expertise to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across complex manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead process improvements, support production equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence.\nYou will collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop innovative manufacturing solutions. This position offers the opportunity to leverage lean manufacturing, automation, robotics, and project management skills to optimize manufacturing processes and support plant growth.\nWhat you can look forward to in this role:\nIdentify, evaluate, and implement enhancements to complex manufacturing equipment and production processes including tooling and fixtures\nOptimize production workflows to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and cost performance.\nResearch and implement emerging manufacturing technologies and best practices.\nSupport manufacturing process design, validation, and continuous improvement activities.\nProvide technical guidance and engineering support to manufacturing teams.\nCoach and develop operations technical staff and support functions.\nSupport manufacturing strategy development and execution.\nLead engineering activities involving equipment, processes, and facilities.\nA successful candidate in this role will showcase their skills in:\nDecision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.\nManufacturing Processes: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.\nProblem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.\nProject Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.\nTop Candidates for this position may also have:\nExperience supporting manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment preferred.\nExperience in 3d modeling such as CREO.\nExperience with SAP Mach 1 and SAP ME.\nExperience in NPI management.\nExtensive knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles\nAbility to work with a diverse group of employees and customers\nGood communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills\nProficient with all Microsoft Office 365 products\nAdditional Information:\nThe primary location for this position is Waco, TX.\nDomestic relocation assistance is available\nSponsorship is not available\nSummary Pay Range:\n$97,530.00 - $146,290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
