In this role, you will collaborate with the team in maintaining and improving processes and systems in the manufacture of the products produced in the facility. Further, you will analyze and recommend current and future systems, procedures and equipment needs based on manufacturing requirements.\nWhat you can look forward to in this role:\nPerform technical analysis of manufacturing processes through a lens of continuous improvement.\nSupport execution of NPI programs.\nSet up and support production routings in SAP\nDesign and direct the acquisition of all necessary tooling and machines.\nTroubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develop solutions and monitor improvements.\nProcure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers.\nAnalyze and deploy engineering change notices.\nRespond to customer issues and lead process improvements.\nA successful candidate in this role will showcase their skills in:\nEngineering - MFG: Knowledge of processes, techniques and methods of engineering in a manufacturing environment; ability to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention.\nLean Manufacturing: Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.\nProblem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.\nManufacturing Processes: Knowledge of existing product manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire manufacturing process.\nTop Candidates for this position may also have:\nDemonstrated proficiency with SAP for production routings (CA02, CC02, CR02, etc.).\nExperience with 3D modeling programs.\nExperience with AutoCAD.\nExperience with Engineering Team Center.\nA thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts demonstrated through prior experience working in an equipment manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nGood communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills supporting an ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.\nAdditional Information:\nThe primary location for this position is Clayton, NC.\nDomestic relocation assistance is not available\nSponsorship is not available\nSummary Pay Range:\n$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
