You will partner with Operations and Product Engineering to improve manufacturing processes, strengthen Lean practices, introduce modern technology and ensure our equipment and capacity are ready to meet business needs.\nThis is a role for a leader who enjoys combining people leadership with hands-on manufacturing challenges and turning complex problems into practical improvements.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead, coach and develop a team supporting our manufacturing operations and robot programming team .\nFacility Lead for CAPEX management.\nDrive improvements in manufacturing processes, assembly, tooling, equipment, plant layout and work standards.\nChampion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, helping teams solve complex operational problems.\nSupport capacity planning and ensure equipment, machinery and manufacturing resources are ready to meet demand.\nLead the introduction and improvement of modern manufacturing equipment, technology and automated systems.\nPartner with Operations, Product Engineering and other teams to improve safety, quality, productivity and manufacturing performance.\nWhat You Will Have\nA degree or equivalent practical experience is desired.\nManufacturing Process Improvement: Strong experience with manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment. You can understand how a manufacturing process performs, identify opportunities and turn them into practical, sustainable improvements.\nLean Manufacturing: Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and structured problem solving. You can apply Lean thinking to improve flow, eliminate waste and help teams build continuous improvement into everyday operations.\nProblem Solving: The ability to analyze manufacturing challenges, make sound decisions and turn ideas into sustainable improvements. You can bring structure to complex manufacturing challenges, use relevant data to understand root causes, evaluate options and drive solutions.\nManufacturing Equipment: You understand manufacturing equipment and can contribute to equipment selection, integration, improvement and safe, effective operation.\nPeople Leadership: Experience leading, coaching or developing technical professionals.You can set clear expectations, coach and develop people, provide constructive feedback and create an environment where different perspectives contribute to stronger results.\nCapacity & Decision Making: Understanding of capacity planning and manufacturing performance. You can interpret production demand and capacity information, balance priorities and risks, and make informed decisions that support manufacturing performance.\nWhat Will Help You Stand Out\nExperience leading Manufacturing Engineering teams in a complex production environment.\nExposure to automation, robotics or advanced manufacturing technology.\nExperience introducing new equipment, processes or products into manufacturing.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain or Product Engineering.\nExperience delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, capacity or productivity.\nYour Impact\nYou won't simply maintain existing manufacturing processes.
