Cumplir con los indicadores propios del puesto como son: IRA by Location, Response Time, TO/TR´s, Ejecución y Veracidad de reporteo, mantenimiento al sistema SAP, MPU, Defectos de Velocidad, ejecución del proceso de ajustes de inventario. Realiza actividades de control y reporteo de inventario de forma manual y a través de equipos inalámbricos como son: hand held, Ipad, Tablet, etc.\nQué habilidades tendrás:\nPrecisión y Atención al Detalle: Comprensión de la necesidad y el valor de la precisión; capacidad para completar tareas con altos niveles de exactitud.\nPensamiento Analítico: Conocimiento de técnicas y herramientas que promueven un análisis efectivo; capacidad para determinar la causa raíz de problemas organizacionales y crear soluciones alternativas que los resuelvan.\nGestión de Inventario - Manufactura: Conocimiento de procesos y métodos de gestión de inventario; capacidad de gestionar inventarios locales o distribuidos de materias primas, producto en proceso y producto terminado.\nPlaneación de Requerimientos de Manufactura (MRP): Conocimiento de procesos, prácticas y sistemas utilizados para la planificación de requerimientos de manufactura; capacidad de optimizar la planificación del ciclo productivo y asegurar disponibilidad de capacidad y materiales.\nRequerimientos básicos:\nEscolaridad: Preparatoria o Carrera Técnica\n2 años de Experiencia en Supply Chain\nExamen Técnico 80%\nRotación de Turnos\nOffice Básico\nSAP Básico\nInformación Adicional:\nLugar: Caterpillar Torreón, Planta 1.\nPosting Dates:\nseptiembre 23, 2026 - octubre 1, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
