Build aCareer.\nWatch our video to see our Athens Team build top-of-the-line excavators and tractors.\nIn this role you may be expected to:\nHave knowledge of all assembly procedures, standard work schedules, quality requirements and build requirements in assigned work area.\nTrain new and develop existing employees.\nBe the liaison between team members and section managers.\nBe the first point of contact for questions related to employee job functions.\nBe accountable for daily team PQVC metric boards.\nProvide input on schedule/build adjustments\nCommunicate with cross-functional leaders.\nCommunicate potential build schedule, inventory or manpower issues and solutions to section manager.\nBasic Qualifications:\nPrevious heavy equipment machine assembly experience (i.e., tractors, excavators, etc.)\nMust be at a \"Meets Expectations\" or higher performance rating\nPhysical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):\nWilling and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods\nWilling and able to perform repetitive operations\nWilling and able to lift up to 35 lbs.\nTop candidates will also have:\nFurther vocational and/or college education\nIntermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge.
