Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Title: Nodes Quality Technician\nSalary: £28,969 rising to £ 30,450 when role objectives are met\nContract: Full time & permanent\nLocation: Desford, Leicestershire\nThe Opportunity:\nAs a Nodes Quality Technician within the Quality Department, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of machines leaving the Desford facility. Your work ensures that products meet customer and dealer expectations through effective coordination, analysis, and communication.\nWhat you will do:\nAs a Nodes Quality Technician, you are accountable for, but not limited to:\nWork closely with operations and team leaders to build strong working relationships.\nCarry out audits on machine defects to find root causes and support fixes.\nKeep regular contact with US Node facilities through daily and weekly meetings.\nUse defect data to identify and follow up on Interim and Permanent Corrective Actions (ICA/PCA).\nComplete tasks on time and in line with company processes.\nBe flexible and willing to work across shifts when needed.\nNB. Identifies root causes and supports corrective actions to reduce defects.\nCommunication & Collaboration: Shares information clearly with different teams.
