Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nImplements nursing activities for occupational health services and ensures compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvides on-site nursing care for employee safety in the workplace; investigates accidents and inspects any health or safety hazards.\nEnsures the implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.\nProvides health and safety awareness information to promote overall employee health in the workplace.\nAssists in initiating and coordinating patient care plans for a client company.\nWhat You Have :\nEducation/Experience: Degree required. Accredited Registered Nurse (RN) degree or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree, current state Registered Nurse (RN) license or current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, and current CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)/First Aid certification.\nOffice Support Tools: Knowledge of commonly used office hardware, software and equipment; ability to use the tools available at the desktop (for example: word processing, email, presentation software, and spreadsheets.)\nInterpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.\nMedical Record Keeping: Knowledge of the concepts, methods, tools and applications used in medical record management; ability to document, manage and maintain patient medical records following established processes and guidelines.\nClinical Leadership: Knowledge of key business and clinical leadership concepts relevant to the healthcare function; ability to balance business needs with the needs of patients' and patient care priorities.\nDiagnosis: Knowledge of the techniques, roles, and responsibilities in assessing and diagnosing patients; ability to apply the knowledge appropriately assess and diagnose patients in to diverse situations.\nMedical Devices and Tools: Knowledge of medical devices and tools; ability to use medical devices and tools in order to evaluate and treat patients.\nNursing Assessment and Care - HNU: Knowledge of the policies and activities regarding nursing assessment and care; ability to assess patients' nursing care needs, develop and implement a nursing care plan, monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.\nOccupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) Compliance: Knowledge of regulations and standards regarding the occupational safety and health of personnel working within an organization; ability to apply relevant regulations and standards to daily work activities.\nWhat Will Set You Apart :\nExtensive experience with Interpersonal Relationships.\nExtensive experience with Medical Record Keeping.\nExtensive experience with Diagnosis.\nExtensive experience with Medical Devices and Tools.\nExtensive experience with Nursing Assessment and Care - HNU.\nExtensive experience with Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) Compliance.\nWorking knowledge of Office Support Tools.\nWorking knowledge of Clinical Leadership.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$42.89 - $64.33Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
