This is a key position which will both define and build the stack.\nWhat you will do:\nLead the development of the simulation Software stack- full stack\nSupport your manager in hiring, technical interviewing and onboarding\nMentor and lead team of software engineers\nDefine and implement software development processes, qa/qc processes, define standards, etc.\nParticipate in architecture and requirements discussions\nTranslate Business Requirements to Software designs and implementations\nWork tightly with the Robotic team and any other team, aligning their needs with your implementation, reducing gaps and deviations, while focussing on Quality and Value.\nLead agile process definition, team charter, CI/CD discussion, etc. including the Peer Review Process.\nLead brainstorming and ideation sessions\nAnything else you think you should be doing? Let us know, we are quite flexible!\nRequired\nExperience of building simulation and rendering platforms\nExperience in 3D object rendering and manipulation\nExperienced with mapping technology (Like GIS, Terrain mapping, OpenLayers)\nExperienced in leveraging web graphic / animation standard library\nAdvance knowledge of designing, building and using open source, publish data and APIs (like graphQL)\nExperienced in designing, publishing and maintaining DB schema (SQL, NoSQL)\nExperienced in setting best practices and processes for engineering team\nDeep experience in using AI coding tool (like Claude, Copilot, Cursor)\nProven experience in learning new technology (self learning)\nExperience with Cloud Platform such as AWS (Preferred), Azure, Google cloud / Firebase\nExperience with web automation tooling and deploying on CI/CD (Like WebPack, ESLint, Playright)\nTop Candidate:\n7+ years of experience hands on coding backend in coding language such as Java or Node.Js\n5+ years of experience hands on coding frontend in coding language such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript\n5+ years of experience hands on coding with Framework such as Angular, React/NextJs\n5+ years of experience with agile methodology\nGood knowledge of Python\nExperience with Nvidia Omniverse or other Simulation Platform\nAdditional Details:\nThis position requires the candidate to work full-time at the Irving, TX office (Dallas)\n\nDomestic relocation assistance is available for this position.\n\nVisa sponsorship is available with this position.\n\nSummary Pay Range:\n$147,760.00 - $240,110.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
