Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders.\n3rd Shift Starting Pay: $20.20/hour (+8% shift premium)\n\n3rd Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 PM-5:30 AM, Overtime as business needs require on Fridays\n\nAs a Product Assembler 2 at Caterpillar, you will:\nAssemble/test parts, components, or systems for BCP machines according to the specified work orders and other duties as assigned.\n\nKeep the work area clean and orderly condition.\n\nRotate to various positions within the Job Function area to perform related activities.\n\nUse various tools provided in the work area to perform assembly duties and may include the use of lifting devices to move heavy components of weights of more than 35 lbs.\n\nFollow documented procedures standard work, routings, and blueprints to perform safe and defect-free assembly and/or adjustment of components and prime product.\n\nFollow and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work\n\nPhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):\nAbility to sit or stand for prolonged periods.\n\nAbility to perform repetitive operations.\n\nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.\n\nAbility to work in confined spaces.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nMust have 6 months of heavy equipment machine assembly experience.\n\nTop Candidates will also have or be able to:\nAbility to Follow Standard Work.\n\nRely on independent decision-making and problem-solving to complete job tasks.\n\nAbility to multitask and prioritize work.\n\nEffective communication skills.\n\nExcellent Attendance Record.\n\n Additional Information:\nThis is a 3rd shift position.\n\nDomestic relocation assistance is not available.\n\nResumes are highly encouraged.
