Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nAt our South Milwaukee facility, you’ll be part of a team that builds some of the largest and most powerful mining machines in the world. This facility specializes in the production of Cat® Electric Rope Shovels (ERS) used in mining operations around the world.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, layout, and install electrical components and systems using schematics and engineering drawings\nUse hand and power tools, bending/threading machines, and cranes to position and install wiring and equipment\nMeasure, cut, and run wire and conduit; connect pre-wired components and complete circuits\nStrip, splice, solder, and connect terminals, lugs, and hardware\nPerform functional and diagnostic tests using voltmeters, watt meters, phase sequence meters, tachometers, and stroboscopes\nTroubleshoot and adjust electrical systems to meet specifications\nLead and support others in installing and testing rotating, relay, and electronic circuits\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience with electrical tools: drills, pliers, wire strippers, soldering equipment, cranes, etc.\nFamiliarity with electrical components: conduits, wires, cables, fittings, grease, oil, and hardware\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, wire diagrams, and blueprints\nWorking knowledge of high, medium, and low-pressure hydraulic and automated lube systems\n3-5 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work to close tolerances\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nCommitment to safety and quality standards\nWillingness to work overtime to meet production demands\nAdditional Info\nFull-time, 40 hours/week\nNo relocation assistance\nPre-employment drug screen and medical evaluation required\nPlease check your email (including spam/junk folders) for updates\nApply Today\nJoin a company that values your skills, supports your growth, and rewards your hard work.\nPlease ensure you frequently check the email account you provided on your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method in our recruiting process.\nSummary Pay Range:\n$30.80 - $37.80Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
