Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders.\n What this looks like:\n3rd Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium)\n\n3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM, Overtime as business needs require\n\nUnder general supervision supports current product production through the testing and repair of BCP machines according to the specifications from Engineering. Tests and validates production machines according to Engineering protocols. Performs carious activities to test for proper operations and quality issues of BCP machines, performing necessary rework and repair when issues are found. May coordinate CSD compliance through coordination of off line WIP activity and other duties as assigned.\nJob duties may include the following:\nOperation of Sanford built products\n\nIn depth knowledge of hydraulics including testing and calibrations\n\nAbility to read electrical schematics and follow the electrical circuits on machines\n\nPerform rework on quality defects that cannot be immediately addressed on the assembly line\n\nSupport Design Engineers by gathering data for research and evaluations, by conducting technically complex teardowns and assembly of BCP components/equipment.\n\nUses various tools provided in the work area to perform assembly duties and may include the use of lifting devices to move heavy components of weights of more than 35 lbs.\n\nFollows documented procedures standard work, routings, and blueprints to perform safe and defect free assembly and/or adjustment of components and prime product.\n\nMay conduct assembly on new product introductions according to engineering schematics\n\nFollows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work\n\nDefine, communicate and verify daily rework activities\n\nRelies on independent decision-making and problem solving to complete job tasks\n\nActive participation in scheduling and confirming rework activities\n\nMust meet deadlines\n\nAbility to multitask and prioritize work\n\nMonitor CAT computer system to conduct hydraulic, electrical, mechanical or other component tests on BCP machines\n\nCatalogues defects and resolution in computer based system\n\nConduct additional diagnostics and analysis to identify defects and quality issues that are more complex\n\nCatalogues failures and communicates to relevant personnel as appropriate\n\nScheduling shipment of prime product ensuring CSD compliance\n\nWorking knowledge of Caterpillar systems, ATRS, PSPS, STAR\n\nCross-function communication to complete tasks\n\nEffective teamwork\n\nProvide summaries to leadership\n\nPhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):\nAbility to sit or stand for prolonged periods\n\nAbility to perform repetitive operations\n\nAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nMust have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience\n\nIntermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in knowledge of Standard Assembly tools and their applications\n\nExperience reading technical/manufacturing drawings/blueprints\n\nTop candidates will also have:\nIntermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Office applications\n\nIntermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently)in areas related to machine repair including Electrical, Hydraulics, and/or Pneumatics\n\nIntermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge.
