This role will give you a unique opportunity to shape our Payroll solutions, support our global organization and be an influential part in our HR modernization journey.\nWhat You Will Do\nOversee Caterpillar’s Cross Functional Programs, providing leadership with an understanding of HR Processes to provide guidance for planning the work and design processes with knowledge of technology, process management principles and Lean.\nOrganizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.\nLead from a program management perspective while also contributing expertise for solutioning.\nSupport programs coordinating multiple teams along with relevant stakeholders, to create and implement new and revised HR processes, system enhancements, and workflows to ensure cross functional cohesion along with compliance with jurisdictional employment and labor laws and regulations. \nServing as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program.
