Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nKey Responsibilities\nManufacturing Process Support\nAssist in documenting and optimizing manufacturing processes and work instructions.\nSupport process data collection, analysis, and reporting.\nParticipate in shop floor observations and identify improvement opportunities.\nHelp track process-related issues and support corrective actions.\nAssist engineers in implementing manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives.\nProject Management Support\nSupport project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities.\nMaintain project action logs, risk registers, and status reports.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project tasks.\nSupport project documentation and communication with stakeholders.\nBasic Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Manufacturing Engineering/Project Management/ Supply Chain Management or related disciplines\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and organizational skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.\nAble to work independently and manage multiple tasks.\nEnglish communication skills for working in a global environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBasic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.\nKnowledge of project management fundamentals.\nPosting Dates:\nSeptember 28, 2026 - October 14, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
