This role is responsible for conducting a wide range of quality and inventory audits across the facility to ensure inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and adherence to established quality standards.\nThe successful candidate will participate in a comprehensive six-week training program and work closely with global audit teams while supporting internal and external audit requirements.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a warehousing professional with strong inventory control knowledge who is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform Record Accuracy Management (RAM) audits across warehouse locations, bins, racks, and yard areas.\nConduct Putaway, Setup, Location, and Kill audits to verify inventory accuracy and system integrity.\nComplete daily/nightly Physical Inventory (PI) audit checks and cycle count validations.\nConduct Statistical Test Counts (STC) and support verification recount activities.\nPerform outbound shipping and stage lane audits to proactively reduce customer claims.\nExecute Over the Counter (OTC) dealer audits and investigate discrepancies.\nConduct scrap audits, including damaged stock, unidentified inventory, and disposal verification.\nPerform Bureau of Veritas inspection audits and other compliance-related assessments.\nAudit high-value inventory areas, including lock-up facilities and engine storage locations.\nSupport stock takes and indirect material audits.\nMaintain audit records and support physical document archiving activities.\nParticipate in 5S, Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and Lean audits.\nDrive compliance through quality standard work practices.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.\nAttend daily quality review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in facility committees and operational improvement projects.\nMinimum Requirements\nMinimum qualification: Matric / Grade 12.\nMinimum 10 years of warehousing, logistics, or distribution center experience.\nValid MHE licenses (Forklift, Reach Truck and/or Order Picker).\nGood command of the English language, both written and verbal.\nStrong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.\nAbility to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.\nWillingness to work rotational shifts.
