In this role, you will provide sales and customer support, resolve product and contract inquiries, manage customer communications, and collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth. You will develop strong relationships with customers and dealers while supporting commercial initiatives and identifying new opportunities for customer engagement.\nWhat You Will Do:\nServe as a primary point of contact for customer, dealer, and internal sales inquiries.\nRespond to customer requests and resolve issues through phone, email, and digital channels.\nProvide information regarding financial products, services, programs, and commercial offerings.\nSupport administration of customer contracts and facilitate resolution of contract-related concerns.\nConduct customer outreach activities to measure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.\nAssist sales teams in achieving commercial objectives and customer experience goals.\nCoordinate with legal, operations, credit, customer service, and commercial teams to resolve issues.\nGenerate and maintain accurate customer records and activity documentation.\nAnalyze information, prioritize customer needs, and recommend effective solutions.\nWhat You Will Bring: \n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.\nExperience supporting commercial sales teams.\nFinancial services, banking, leasing, equipment finance, or dealer-related experience.\nExperience supporting customer contracts and documentation.\nKnowledge of Caterpillar products, dealer operations, or equipment financing is preferred.\nSalesforce / Oracle, CRM, or customer management system experience.\nExperience within inside sales, customer success, sales operations, or account support.\nBilingual capabilities are a plus.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nSummary Pay Range:\n$74,124.00 - $118,608.00\nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
