Don't miss this chance to join and support digital innovation for a global leader in heavy machinery!\n\nWhat will you do? \nAs a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will support the Cat Converge Suite Rental Management Solution (RMS) Workstream, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Integration Services enabling Caterpillar dealers to manage and operate their rental business. In this role, you will act as a key coordination point between Caterpillar teams, external vendors, the Serbia-based development organization, Cat Converge Suite, and Cat Rentals stakeholders.\nYou will as well:\nManage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables across multiple teams and organizations. \nCoordinate project activities between Caterpillar stakeholders, external vendors, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. \nMonitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and develop mitigation and contingency plans. \nProvide regular status reporting and communicate progress against milestones to business and technology stakeholders. \nFacilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and help address gaps, dependencies, and competing priorities. \nSupport quarterly PI Planning activities and ensure alignment between project objectives, delivery plans, and business priorities. \nEnsure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and established processes. \nWork closely with U.S.-based Product Owners and stakeholders, primarily located in Arizona and Illinois. \nThis position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Cat Digital leadership in the US.\nWhat you have:\nPlanning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. \nProject Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects. \nDecision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. \nData Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company. \nTop Candidates will also have:\nDemonstrated experience working with Agile teams in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or PMO role. \nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. \nProven experience coordinating complex digital initiatives involving multiple vendors, stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams. \nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills. \nExperience with milestone tracking, dependency management, and project governance. \nExposure to Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps. \nExperience supporting PI Planning or Agile Release Train ceremonies. \nPMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certification is considered a plus. \nWhat we offer:\nAt Cat Digital, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and we believe in investing in the development of our employees.
