Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nWe are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications( Sr .Net Developer)to join our App Services for DT&D GCIO -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team.\nThe preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India\nWhat you will do\n.Net developer job involves developing, testing, and maintaining Web applications, APIs, using SQL/Oracle/Postgres as the backend.\nKey skills include .NET, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, JS, JQUERY, SQL/Oracle/Postgres database proficiency and SQL query optimization.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills are critical to this job role.\nCompetent to perform all programming, development, and integration assignments without close supervision.\nDevelop Forms, MVC web applications/APIs and batch process to support business functions.\nCollaborate with business units to understand their processes and data needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.\nTroubleshoot and identify the issues quickly. Have an overall understanding of typical issues that occur in the solution and develop patterns around reported issues.\nProvide the required techno-functional guidance and support by gaining in-depth understanding of customer’s business, ecosystem and existing solutions implemented in terms of capabilities, functionalities, and constraints.\nProvide project updates and progress to technical lead and/or senior developers.\nDevelop fit-for-purpose documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)\nParticipate in project planning/delivery meetings with management and other team members.\nDevelop and maintain supply chain software solutions using .NET, C#, and Angular to improve demand forecasting and operational efficiency.\nManage and optimize databases in both Postgres and Oracle environments, ensuring data integrity and performance.\nLead and execute GitHub migration projects, maintaining best version control and collaborative development practices.\nContinuously learn about the latest technologies and methodologies in supply chain management and software development to drive innovation within the team.\nFoster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their challenges and contribute to strategic planning and solution development.\nDemonstrate accountability and ownership of projects, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement changes.\nWhat you will have\n8+ years of professional IT programming experience with .NET C#, Web Forms and MVC, HTML and JavaScript, jQuery.\n2+ years working knowledge of cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) Technologies and components.\nStrong technical expertise and work experience in .Net, .Net Core and Good understanding in WEB API, REST and HTTP protocols.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross functional teams including developers, database administrators and stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.\nGood knowledge of source control environments like TFS, GitHub, Git etc.\nProven experience in database management with Postgres and Oracle.\nSound understanding OOPS, best coding practises and development processes.\nGood Knowledge of Design patterns and Architectures and best practices for enhancing the application performance.\nGood understanding and expertise in Angular/React JS/VUE JS (Nice to have)\nKnowledge of the DevOps/ DevSecOps.\nCapability to resolve conflicts and disagreements in a constructive manner and maintain positive relationship with the team.\nSolid understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
