Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (WD Integrations Techno Functional Analyst) to join our Workday Application Ops -CAT IT Division.\nThe preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore - Caterpillar PSN\nWhat You Will Do:\nSr IT Analyst/WD Integrations Techno Functional Analyst plays a key role in guiding the continued design, maintenance, and support of integrations with Workday.\nThis includes partnering with the integrations management provider to\nParticipates in developing, coding and testing Workday integrations for multiple projects\n Participate in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development\nMaintain and monitor integration schedules, notifications, and performance\n Review technical alerts to identify and address impacts to integrated solutions\nOptimize integration design\nAlso, plays a key role in guiding the continued design, maintenance, and support of the Workday Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding, CoreHCM, Time Tracking, Payroll and Compensation functional areas.\nWhile the Analyst is an integral part of the HRIS, they are the technical subject matter expert determining how we adopt and optimize Workday’s capabilities and design solutions.\nThe Workday Integrations Analyst is also the Tier 2/3 support resource responsible for educating end-users, supporting case management, and responding to time-sensitive inquiries in their respective areas.\nConduct working sessions with business users to gather, understand and analyze business requirements for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday integrations and related processes\nProvide Consulting services and technical architecture design solutions to business partners on Workday Integrations\nProvide techno functional support on integrations within Workday HCM modules with strong experience in Recruiting Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Time Tracking\nProvide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas\nAnalyze business process to identify and propose new business process or program changes to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement.\nWhat You Will Have:\nDegree or equivalent experience desired\nBachelor’s degree in IT or related field\n 5-10 years of IT experience and 4-5 years of Workday experience.\n Workday Integrations Pro Certification\nWorkday techno functional consultant with experience in business process configuration and integrations in modules, and should also have an experience in Workday Security\nStrong skills to work with onshore, offshore team model.\nTechnical skills:\nExperienced in developing Workday integration tools - Studio, CCW, PICOF, PECI, WECI, EIB, Web services, XSLT, reports, BIRT\nKnowledge of SQL, Unix, XML, ETL and database technologies\nAdvanced Excel skills: including pivot tables, macros, charts, graphs, linking and formulas\nExperienced in creating reports and tools Desired Qualifications:\n5 years working experience in HR, Finance or IT\n Knowledge of Core HCM, Payroll processes, Benefits and Time Tracking\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders including senior leadership\nDemonstrated analytical and collaborative skills.\n Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information\nKnowledge of Snowflake and SnapLogic\nProject management experience\nPrior vendor management or contract service level management\n Prior experience supporting a Financially Significant Application\nPrior experience with SOX Controls\n Prior experience with IT General Controls\nThis position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office\nSkills desired:\nCore Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.\nLevel Extensive Experience:\nManages application-related issues, implications, and approaches with clients.\nEvaluates key interfaces and interdependencies among core applications systems.\nExplains features and benefits of core applications for consideration by business units.\nImplements existing and planned application enhancements in major business units.\nTracks data flow between own applications and core applications in other business areas.\nPlans enhancement, conversion, and retirement strategies for core applications.
