You will work with stakeholders across functions and geographies to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into practical, scalable solutions.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data and influencing change. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that improve the way procurement operates globally.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead projects focused on lean processes, global market understanding, tools and systems.\nPartner with business users and senior stakeholders to gather Voice of Business (VOB), Voice of Customer (VOC) and business requirements.\nDesign and develop solutions and create implementation plans to support successful deployment.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing business processes and recommend practical, efficient approaches.\nContribute to strategic initiatives, including the development of standardized best practices, services, tools and training.\nUse data and business insights to identify trends, evaluate opportunities and support decision-making.\nConduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate alternative solutions and support business recommendations.\nWork across functions and geographies to align different business requirements and priorities.\nSupport procurement and category management activities through process, market and data insights.\nServe as a technical representative within your area of expertise, providing recommendations and presenting solutions to stakeholders, including senior leaders.\nWhat You Have\nDegree Requirements: Degree or equivalent relevant experience desired.\nBusiness Process Improvement: Experience assessing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and developing solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.\nData Analytics: Ability to collect, analyze and interpret business data, identify trends and translate findings into meaningful insights that support decision-making.\nEffective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with different audiences, adapt your approach and confidently present recommendations to stakeholders at different levels of the organization.\nNegotiating: Ability to listen to different perspectives, understand underlying business needs and work collaboratively toward solutions that create value for all parties.\nMatrix Management: Ability to work effectively across functions, teams and geographic boundaries while balancing different priorities and stakeholder requirements.\nCost-Benefit Analysis: Experience evaluating costs and benefits, comparing alternative solutions and using quantitative insights to support business recommendations.\nCategory Management: Understanding of category management principles, including spend analysis, market analysis, procurement data and performance measures.\nProcurement: Understanding of procurement processes, requirements and activities, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business environment.\nTop Candidates Will Also Have\nExperience leading or supporting business transformation or process improvement projects.\nExperience working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions or geographies.\nStrong ability to turn complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.\nExperience using data and analytics to identify opportunities and influence business decisions.\nExperience developing or implementing procurement tools, processes, best practices or training.\nPending the number of applications, the criteria for the position may be enhanced to facilitate shortlisting.\nJust a quick heads-up: We start reviewing applications as soon as they come in, so if you’re interested, don’t wait too long!
