You will provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure while working closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.\nThe role requires strong expertise in Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS, along with experience in designing scalable and high-transaction systems.\nJob Responsibilities\n1. System & Application Architecture\nDesign scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.\nDefine end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.\nDesign scalable microservices and distributed systems.\nDrive system design and make key technical decisions and trade-offs.\n2. Full Stack Development\nArchitect backend applications using Node.js and NestJS.\nDesign scalable APIs and integrations.\nArchitect modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.\nEnsure applications are maintainable, secure, and scalable.\n3. Database & Cloud\nDesign and optimize databases using MongoDB and MySQL.\nDefine data models, indexing, and query optimization strategies.\nDesign scalable and highly available cloud solutions using AWS.\n4. Performance & Scalability\nDesign systems capable of handling high traffic and transaction volumes.\nIdentify and resolve application, API, and database performance issues.\nImplement caching, scaling, and performance optimization strategies.\n5. Technical Leadership\nProvide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.\nConduct architecture and code reviews.\nEstablish engineering standards and best practices.\nLead complex technical problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\n6.
