You will work closely with development and operations teams to implement best-in-class DevOps practices, including proactive monitoring, automated alerting, and self-healing mechanisms. You will also help implement cutting-edge tools to automate infrastructure and streamline processes.\nJob Responsibilities\n1. Architect Scalable & Reliable Systems\nDesign and implement highly available, scalable, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EKS, EC2, S3, and RDS.\nManage multiple environments (prod/uat/stg/dev )and applications housed in different EKS & ECS clusters.\nStrong experience in performing technical RCAs and ability to design systems and take technical trade off decisions\n2. Infrastructure Automation & Optimization\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.\nAutomate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).\n3. CI/CD Pipeline Development\nDevelop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and Github Actions for applications built with PHP, Java, Node.js, Next.js, and React.js.\nEnsure continuous integration and deployment workflows with automated testing and validation.\n4. Proactive Monitoring & Self-Healing Systems (SRE)\nArchitect and implement proactive monitoring using ELK Stack, New Relic, and AWS CloudWatch for real-time system visibility.\nDevelop self-healing systems to automatically resolve server failures, application crashes, or service downtimes\n5. Cloud Management\nManage and optimize AWS infrastructure in a multi account setup\nStrong hands on core AWS services including EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, Opensearch, Lambda and SNS.\n6. Security & Compliance\nEnsure DevSecOps implementation in the CI/CD\nManage security of the complete infrastructure including Cloud, Application & Web firewalls against DDOS etc. attacks\nEnsure systems are complaint to PCI, SOC-1 etc. compliances\n7. Database & Search Services\nWork with databases such as Elasticsearch and MariaDB.\nManage indexing and search services like Algolia to ensure efficient query performance and data integrity.\n8. Cross-Team Leadership\nCollaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate DevOps processes across the organization.\nLead DevOps best practices for infrastructure management, deployment, monitoring, and security.\n9. Performance Engineering\nDesigns systems that are performance first by using technologies and approaches like caching, rapid scaling etc.\nUse Fastly CDN to optimize content delivery and improve website performance.\n10. Cost Optimization\nDesign cost-effective cloud architectures while maintaining high performance.\nImplement efficient resource-scaling strategies based on traffic patterns.\n11. Continuous Improvement\nPromote DevOps culture by driving automation, code quality, and collaboration.\nStay updated on emerging DevOps trends and technologies, suggesting improvements to existing systems.\nAbility of utilising AI ChatBots and Agents to automate tasks, monitor and build self healing systems (AIOps)\n12.
