You implement workflows, enrichment rules, attributes, taxonomy, and Akeneo extensions, and help build and troubleshoot the API integrations that connect Akeneo to upstream and downstream systems.\nWhat You Will Do:\nConfigure and support Akeneo, including workflow implementation, attribute modeling, and taxonomy setup\nMaintain and support Informatica P360 in parallel during the transition period\nBuild and maintain Akeneo extensions and custom capabilities using the Akeneo Extension SDK\nBuild and troubleshoot REST API integrations between Akeneo, upstream, and downstream systems\nSupport P360-to-Akeneo migration engineering: data mapping, validation, and cutover support\nResolve data defects and product data quality issues surfaced during enrichment or migration\nEstablish and follow reusable PIM engineering patterns so implementations stay consistent across domains\nParticipate in code/design review and follow CI/CD practices for releases\nWhat You Will Have:\nDecision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.\nSoftware Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.\nSoftware Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.\nSoftware Integration Engineering: Knowledge of software integration processes and functions; ability to design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages.\nSoftware Product Design/Architecture: Knowledge of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.\nConsiderations For Top Candidates:\nExperience with Akeneo (or a comparable PIM platform) configuration and implementation, or strong aptitude to ramp quickly\nWorking knowledge of Informatica P360 or similar MDM/PIM platforms, a plus\nProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js; comfortable with npm and building SDK-based extensions\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML data structures, and integration patterns\nSQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking (Jira/Azure DevOps)\nStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills across platform, data, and integration issues\nHands-on technical background in Akeneo\nStrong architecture and solution-design review experience, including API and integration design\nExperience leading platform migrations (system-to-system data and workflow migration)\nComfortable owning delivery execution: backlog management, sprint planning, release readiness\nStrong communicator who can align architecture, business, and delivery teams\nAdditional Details:\nThis position requires the candidate to be in Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, Broomfield, CO or Irving, TX\nRelocation assistance is NOT available for this position\nVisa sponsorship is NOT available with this position.\nThis position will require up to 10% travel\nVisa Sponsorship is not available for this position.\nWhat You Will Get:\nWorking with a Fortune 100 leader, you can build your career on a global scale and take advantage of development opportunities with emerging technologies.
